INTERCOOLER MODIFICATION
ATTEMPTED TO MAKE MODIFICATIONS TO AN ALUMINIUM INTERCOOLER.
HEATING THE ITEM HAD TO BE CLOSE TO IT'S MELTING POINT WHICH CAUSED DEFORMATION.
DO NOT KNOW WHETHER THE ITEM WAS A LOWER MELTING POINT ALLOY GIVING THIS PROBLEM.
TRIED NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS BUT FAILED TO GET A SATISFACTORY RESULT.
MAY WORK ON THIN ALUMINIUM BUT NOT SUITED TO THICKER, CAST ITEMS.
WELDING HAS NOW RESOLVED MY PROBLEM.

Worthwhile product
A little expensive but if it works then it's worth the cost.
So far has seemed to have eased my noisy hydraulic tappets and will monitor over coming months to check.
Will recommend to others if it keeps engine clean and well lubricated.
