Super Gut by William Davis, M.D.

It is an excellent book. I listened to it on Audible and had to get it for my library. My only complaint about this edition is that it is the British edition. I can handle the two m's in program and spelling color with a u, but the measurements are in grams and liters. I can figure out the the measurements in ounces but it is annoying. This book has life changing information and I highly recommend it.
