Airpods were not authentic. The f clue was the extremely dirty box. Second was the pull tabs to open the box, ripped like cheap stickers. Genuine Apple products are known for their great quality packaging. Third was the case, it felt like a cheap plastic imitation, compared to my authentic pair. The quality right away was way off. Lastly was the sound quality, the biggest tell was that no sound could be heard from the headphones unless it was turned up more than 75%. Disappointing
