Authentic Thai Siracha
I have lately become a fan of Thai made Sriracha sauces. Thai srirachas have more flavor and less heat. It is, after all, where they originated. While this is not the best I have had, it is way better than the California-made sriracha we have had and that we see in the grocery stores. If you like Texas Pete, Crystal or Chalula, you will love this sauce.

Works great
I’ve always used the old one-piece deveiner, and this was much easier. Worked great on shrimp. Haven’t tried it on lobster yet.....
