Best ever - most bioavailable form of magnesium!!
I've been taking this particular magnesium formula produced by BiOptimizer, and it exceeds any and all other forms of magnesium compounds that I've taken previously. Since it works so well, I think I'll stick with this one!! :-)

Solar is a reputable company known for quality nutritional products. I have heretofore purchased Ester C for many years from another supplement company, but made the switch to Solgar. 'Twas a smart move!

This book highly recommended for help healing from mold toxicity, Lyme and other tickborne diseases
Book was recommended by my Functional Medicine Internist for insight and educational benefits, to help me in my journey to heal my body from what advanced lab tests now reveal to be a multi-years' battle with declining health all due to Lyme (Borreliosis), Bartonella, and environmental mold toxicity. Recently discovered, I need all the help I can get to regain my health, and my doctor recommended this book, as the author Dr. Neil Nathan is one of her Lyme-expert mentors.
Also, when I purchased this book listed as in "good condition", upon arrival it actually appears to be a NEW book, as its overall condition is just like an unread book. Thus, a new book for a used price and - superior bargain!
