Simply a great game!
It's Gears of War, no introduction is needed. One of the most compelling/interesting video game stories I've had the privilege to experience. Great gameplay, acting, storytelling and atmosphere (with a lot of improvements). Gears has been doing what it's been doing since 2006 and hasn't failed once to disappoint.
For those who haven't played a Gears of War game:
Do not play this if you haven't played the first two yet as this is a story-driven game. They have a neat "Previously on Gears" feature as a way to catch up on what's going on. But that's more of a memory refresher than a complete rundown of the last two games. Trust me, you're going to want to play them before jumping into the 3rd game. It's the only way to feel apart of the story and therefore the best way to play it... the only way.
