  description says 3x3 it was smaller than that 2" will have to keep because I dont have time to order another one. charged 2.99 for postage when it only came with a stamp. seller said he would combine shipping but the other patch came separately after charging me over $3. Tried to cancel order within 5 minutes of order but was declined so I am returning because other item wasn't what was described. shouldn't charge $5 postage for a first class envelope.
