Lost it’s structural integrity
The product should be a thick gel but either due to age or storage conditions has broken down into a thin runny consistency making it difficult to use and less effective. It arrived well packaged and quickly.

What a great buy!
I love this hair dryer so much. It's beautiful and feels perfectly balanced in your hand. It's much quieter than my old Philips one - I can leave my podcast playing now while I'm drying my hair and can easily hear it still. I have curly hair and use the diffuser. The air coming out feels so finely distributed that it's much more gentle and the temperature is perfect. My curls are definitely more defined using this hair dryer. Everything about it screams quality and although they are very expensive, it is so pleasing to have a little bit of luxury every time you use it. The best bit is, because it was a refurbished unit (although looks and behaves as if brand new) I only paid two thirds of the original cost - what a bargain!

Waste of money
It doesn’t work! I replaced it several times, as per the instructions, only to have it clatter to the floor a few minutes later - and that was before anything was placed on it. Waste of money.
