Efficient Golf Trolley Battery Charger
My previous charger had failed and this purchase was to end the temporary use of a car battery charger. The charger arrived well packed in its own box, together with instructions. The case was of robust plastic construction with appropriate labeling underneath.
When connected up and switched on, a green led shows. It is replaced by a red led for the main, higher current charging phase. At 90% full charge, the led becomes yellow and a 'float' charging phase begins. This continues until full charge is reached, when the green led is illuminated. In my case, this phase lasted for 2-3 hours. The time may have been affected by the fact that my battery is now 2 years old.
I am very satisfied with the charger.

Battery Fitted in Smoke Alarm
I sent for these two batteries, firstly to replace one in a smoke alarm. They arrived well packed and with a protection over the terminals. I have fitted one of them and am so far very satisfied. I have been unable to find a 'use by date' on the batteries and this is the only slight downside. However, my assumption is that the batteries are fresh and they are competitively priced.

Excellent Phone Upgrade
This phone was purchased as a minimally used unlocked item and was in first class condition. It was to replace a Huawei Ascend Y550 which has been perfectly satisfactory, but often runs out of storage space. The new phone was obtained to provide increased storage (X4) to allow installation of a few apps not within the capability of the Y550.
Whilst I have not used the phone extensively to date, I can say that I am most satisfied with its performance and capabilities. I am aware that there are considerably more capable and expensive items available. However this phone is well suited to my needs and I recommend the model.
