Great value.
Definitely worth the additional cost over cheaper abrasives. Saves time, cuts fast, and doesn't clog as fast as other abrasives.

Best hobby paint you can buy.
Best model paint you can buy. Dries thin so it does not cover up details. Cleans up easily with Mr. Color thinner.

Well rounded, packed with detail.
Although Thomas Lie-Nielsen is a leader in manufacturing very high quality tools, He is not a tool snob. He provides balanced discussion on the pros and cons of different sharpening methods, abrasives, and sharpening tools. He also provides specific guidance that is sometimes very general in some texts. Where he has a preference, he presents it as his own preference and not as gospel.
