  zero communication, packining was nice and shipped fast. didn’t mention that the included pen was a regular ball point pen so i had to panic and scrub the screen hoping i didn’t further damage it. item was acccurate to description and im sure this was a misunderstanding

The value was amazing as it came with a case as well that I’ve been unable to find elsewhere. High quality product for a great price.
