Terrific recumbent front tire
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Surprisingly good tire - I bought to use as the front tire for a Burley Canto recumbent - long wheelbase recumbents are particularly sensitive to harsh riding 406 front tires. And due to the small size and higher rotation speeds, rolling resistance is highly sensitive. Also, a Burley Canto has precious little clearance for more than a 20x1.5 tire, so I was somewhat limited in my choices. The PowerBlock is amazingly light for a 1.6 tire, and remarkably low rolling resistance, plus an extremely quiet and compliant ride at the 65 psi max. It's just about the perfect front tire on this bike. I had been using a Schwalbe Kojak 20x1.35, and before that several different tires - the Tioga is superior to the Kojak in almost every way - for me the reduced harshness was paramount, and the Tioga rolls as well if not better than the Kojak. Highly recommended.

Perfect fit for a Margaritaville Bahamas blender
I'm trying to move away from plastics, and while I never had problems with the plastic jar included with my Margaritaville Bahamas blender, I wanted to try a glass jar instead. It's very hard to determine whether one of the glass jars will work with a particular blender as there are several blender styles and no references and I had to guess for this one - however, no worries as this worked perfectly with my Bahamas. Perfect match for base, width, height, blade gears, everything. The glass jar is perhaps 20% heavier than the plastic one, but there's essentially no adjustment since it's the exact same size and dimension. If you have a Bahamas blender, and would like to try glass, this is a perfect fit, with no downside. Recommended.

Fantastic 700c "Fat slick"
I ride a recumbent Rans Stratus with a 700c rear tire, and have been looking for a fast slick which doesn't punish the rider. This tire fits the bill - it's exceptionally fast and light for a 622-32 (it's a true road tire and not a touring tire), super quiet, 180tpi, and is rated for 102psi. At $17 it's a total steal, and, oh yeah, it's a Conti.
