Helpful, but not great
Lots of interesting illustrations; a strength of the book. Great source of visual ideas, therefore.
Not sufficient narrative, however, to aid somebody who does not have a good bit of experience already.

Purchase of a good used product
This unit is absolutely "wonderful." For a used unit at a very competitive price it's great. Sure there are some "glitches" occasionally, but you deserve f-stars! Thanks for a quality product that seems to be performing satisfactorily as well as for fast deliver.

Great product and competitive eBay vendor
We had a Keurig coffee maker of the same model for several years. It finally died and we had to replace it. Wouldn't think of any other kind--the convenience and flexibility as well as dependability make it a wonderful machine to have in the house with several adults who want different drinks. I began looking around and found the vendor to have an extremely competitive price--much better than in any local store. I was extremely happy with the delivery and the machine works well as we expected. I recommend the coffeemaker. Be certain to clean it with vinegar every three months as recommended, since we found people who do not do that cut the life of this unit very short.
