A very successful aid to walking.
The first insoles improved my stability when walking as my right ankle was tending to give way. I then bought two more pairs of insoles and fitted a pair into my walking boots. I have just completed a four-day walk totaling 50 miles and I have experienced a significant reduction in 'shin splints' that I formerly had in the right leg.
