Great retrospective: shame about the flaws

Unfortunately, this is the second copy of the DVD I've owned, and the special features don't work properly on either version, which is a real shame, because they're interviews with artists whose voices I want to hear. Not sure whether the problem is with the production itself (which strikes me as unusual) or the discs. The main documentary is excellent though.
