  Reached out to seller as card hadn't been received even tho it showed shipped. Went to post office and they told me it was very likely a scanning error on their end as they showed card in PA. Seller offered to refund if I didn't eventually receive, but I did and in condition I expected. Would do business with again. Thank you!
