  OMG let’s start with the dress. Absolutely stunning, much more impressive in real life. But the five stars have got to come from the overall experience - EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Packaging was well wrapped, cute stickers, marked fragile for careful handling. Opened it up and to my surprise and delight there was a second package, again well wrapped with two gorgeous organza bags containing complimentary gifts and a thank you note.
