If your goal is a white blond do 3 parts /18 + one part Lightest Natural /03 with 6 or 20 volume according to the directions. It’s not the brand’s or shades’s fault if the formulation is incorrect. Just saying

Absolutely beautiful authentic pearls. Color is not quite pink more mauve-ish but lovely nonetheless.
