  The item description was very clear that the expiration date for the product had passed. I understood that when I placed the order. The seller contacted me to make certain that I had read the description and was aware of the date issue, which I was. I so appreciated the follow through and efforts at maximum transparency.

  The Seller shipped the coffee in double bubble cardboard postal envelopes which was smart as the outside one arrived ripped open but because the coffee was in the inside envelope no harm was done to the coffee/ packages. Seller also emailed me letting me know that this coffee was dated 8/24 and did I still want it before she sent it out. Yes I still wanted it.
