Central Attraction in a finery bracelet
The pyramid studs form the central attraction in the Pharaoh's Finery bracelet pattern I am currently working on. Aventurine beads will offer additional color to either side of the pyramid studs. Contrasting seed beads will be used to make the larger rows pop! I'm still gathering the components. I've had the pattern for a while, but the time just seemed right this summer and fall.

Good holder for my iPad
I communicate with my recently re-located daughter and family via our iPad.once a week. Since we talk about an hour at each session, I found I was becoming increasingly tired while holding the iPad. The holder is SO helpful! I place it on the small table in front of me, sit back, and carry on our conversation, just as though we were all in the same room! It won't replace actually being there, but it's as close as possible, for now!

Appropriate Tools
Until I ran across this item I had been using various items from large steel knitting needles to hemostats to pieces of steel coat hangers to help me in re-stringing my dolls. I got both sizes I was surprised at how lightweight they were. The smooth surfaces make sliding them into and out of place very easy' The smaller of the two seems to suit most of my purposes thus far. I must admit that arthritic hands have curtailed a lot of my re-stringing work. I currently have 5 dolls awaiting my good days for re-stringing. But it's good to know that whenever that is, I will be ready with the appropriate tools at hand.
