It does make water out of ice / snow!
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I placed this 75w bird bath heater on a block of ice in my bird bath basin. It pooled the ice, and even pooled snow after a 8 in snow fall. It will even evaporate the water, so when it is cold out, make sure you check the water level. I've only used this item for one winter. I do not yet know its longevity.

Light Weight (plastic), Press TRIGGER Dynamo -- Super!
I've had BIG Dynamo lights before that you had to crank. I did not like it. But, this product has a Dynamo which you hand press a collapsible trigger. I can give accolades on its convenience, size, and 3 LED brightness. I bought the TEN PACK after buying a single. I have them in the cars and all over the house. They are plastic cased, so I imagine that dropping them might do them harm. I have not done a drop test yet, so I cannot verify their survivability. Very good item for its price -- especially that you do NOT have to feed it batteries.

Still Going, and Going, and Going
My Epson Action Laser 1500 was purchased in 1994 for Win3.1, and it still is my primary printer on WinXP. The only reason that I have additional printers is for higher dpi and/or color needed at times. But this Epson is my default printer and is like the energizer bunny. The toner cartridges last a very long time (in home use). I've only been through 4-5 toner cartridges in 15 years. The Epson Toner cartridges include the fuser roller and not just the toner. This makes original cartridges pricier.
