Also one of the of the wheels was a different design. Customer service was very helpful though they sent the same wrong wheel twice as replacement. Eventually they gave me a refund for the wrong wheel since they didn't have it in stock and l had to purchase elsewhere. I ended up accepting the staggered. In all it took over 4 weeks.
