Great Buy
i Love the quick dissolve under the tongue using this brand for the past 7 years thru Humana's over the counter products. Never even heard of the 10mgs, had been using the 5mgs for same price i will be a customer for life

humana is my healthcare co they sell OTC 21th century Ivitamins thats why I trust them
I can't tell you if it does the job or not , i know these vitamins are important for daily use. I have used 21th century vitamins for years i trust them, other companies don't offer this combo i have used it before and price is great for this combo and ii like their time release Niacin I take it with low dose aspirin every day.also their many sublingual chewable varieties of vitamin B
