They look good. The sleeves look like they have a good base to be installed. The O rings are ok in size but feel rubbery as all of their standard O rings in A few Kits of theirs. But if the lines are in stationary position as prior to repair and the inserts are center punch installed. all should be good.

Mahle Marine head gaskets. Inspection is a must!!

I have made 3 purchases of multiple mahle head gaskets lately . It is a 1/3 chance that you will receive a defective head gasket. At first I thought it was shipping damage BUT 4 of 12 gaskets from 3 suppliers, the last supplier being Summit. All 4 that were damaged were in the same location on the gasket which is the second or third seal ring if flipped over. Also I had a failure the first time I ordered a set last year. I wasn’t thinking much about that one because the owner ran it WOT for so long that the block surface was at the limit. But That gasket blew exactly where I’ve been noticing the damage. In 15 years of marine repairs that was my First repair fail. So FYI Check them for damage if you order them. Or as I will do, never order them again and throw the last two good ones I have in the garbage. My credibility is worth more.
