Perfectly Balanced Game
Great and balanced game, easy for beginners to get started, solid solo mode for those of us who cant get groups together. Great manual, great playbook, cant recommend it enough!!

Simple yet elegant and complex
The rules may seem intimidating but once you play through the first time everything makes logical sense and you can just play without referencing the rules much. If you are intimidated just watch a few playthroughs on YouTube to get a very good idea but playing it yourself makes the most impact. Components are good but pinching them out was a struggle and some got a small tear on the edges but nothing that detracts and not very serious. The main board is OK but I really wonder why the fold up card style of the board rather than a mounted board, it seems that for the price it should have one. Cards are thick and durable, at least the way I shuffle and draw cards, I was happy with it. Gameplay is such a blast! Such a cool thing to watch the Normandy invasion unfold. So I will give it a 5/5 it's just the counters and board are a point of cosmetic concern, but it all works so it's not that big of a deal.
