Works but for people with larger mouth and low discomfort threshold.
This product is well-made and probably works for people with larger mouths. In my case, it's just too big. I cannot close my mouth during sleep, causing extra salivation and extreme dryness in the morning. It did cut my snoring down to only 30-40 min. a night from 3-4 hours, but I had to discontinue the use because of its size and how uncomfortable I was wearing it. The packaging acknowledges all these things, so read it carefully. I do not recommend it to people with small mouths and low pain and discomfort thresholds.

Perfect experience
It was very useful and easy to operate. It does what it promises right out of the box. I suggest you watch a few youtube videos to learn specific ways to hold it to reach your back. Otherwise it's just one of those things that simply get the job done.
