Creative book on relationship loss.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich As as psychotherapist I often recommend this book to those dealing with the loss of a relationship. It works well with grief and loss as it's not a book that needs to be read from cover to cover. Open it up to any page and there is wisdom about dealing with feelings of loneliness, pain and all that comes with the breakup of a relationship. The book is also helpful with other losses as the feelings are similar. There is poetry in the book that also captures feelings but the main message of this book is that it validates the feelings associated with loss and helps the hurting one know he or she is not crazy but in mourning and eventually the memories that were foreground become background as healing happens.

Ambivalent if it's helpful
I'm ambivalent about recommending it as it's hard to make a determination if it's helping or not. I have been having back pain so am taking it to help relax the muscles and it seems to help some but not sure enough to warrant the high price.
