Seat cushion replacement
The orginal cushion looked OK, but when I took it apart you could see the sponge had started to turn to powder. The new one was easy to fit and recover. The comfort level is much improved. I could feel every bump before but not now.

Master cylinder.

Value for money machine.
Excellent mixer for diy use. I prefer tilting mixer, much easier to mix well and clean out. For a handy person will be easy to repair if any parts fail. A more durable machine would cost 2 to 3 times more.
One improvement would be if machine was higher to allow unloading straight in to barrow instead of floor. May make something myself to allow this.
At this price it is not worth buying a secondhand one with a dirty drum which doesn't help in mixing process.
Buy a new one and make sure you keep the drum clean. It makes mixing and cleaning more far more efficient.
