Excellent Design and Layout
The design is well laid out and laid out for easy use during set up and operation. Each switch has a pilot light in it so you know when it is ON. The ALWAYS ON socket is accessible both from the rear and the front of the unit. The unit circuit breaker is located on the front panel which is the best place for it so the operator can tell right away what the problem might be when the power shuts off, however, many other units have the circuit breaker on the rear of the unit so you have to investigate further to find out if the circuit breaker has been popped. The USB ports on the front of the unit are handy for powering 5 volt accessories.

Well Designed in Fit, Form and Function
This particular style of banana plug is well-designed in that it makes a secure connection for the wires without any loose ends to cause a short condition. There is very little chance of the connections working loose over time. The gold plating ensures a good signal transfer for high quality audio throughput.
