Helpful for BPH?
Product received in good order and timely. Some information I read claims this product is helpful for mens BPH issues. Decided to try it and see for myself. Have been using it only a short time so no opinion yet.

As advertised
clock face is larger than I would have liked. However it's a very good clock and have bought another one.

Wonder drug
Saw Palmetto is a wonder drug! It has NO side effects and produces many beneficial results. Can be used by men (BPH) and women (hair loss, menopause). ONLY the liquid extract is useful, powder versions are USELESS. Two capsules should be minimum dose, more for some people. Their CO2 method is the most pure form of this extract.
