Just get HID's.....
If you're looking at this product you're probably looking at something close to hid but don't want to install a retrofit or conversion kit. I thought the same and gave these bulbs a chance.
Brightness: just as bright if not a little more than my factory Sylvania halogen lights. Brightness means less bulb life.
Color: a hint whiter hue than the factory bulb. Not pure white, but close. I was looking for something to match my led fogs which are 5k. No halogen bulb gets close to that color without sacrificing life of the bulb or light output.
How about leds? There are some led headlight bulbs that can now compete with halogen bulbs. The color is great, but the ones that have good output cost 130+ dollars. There are 30 dollar ones with over inflated numbers and claims. Don't trust them.
Result: I ended up getting an hid kit to match my fogs and the light output is greater than the halogen. Also, the hid kit costs as much as these piaa bulbs retail.

Cool in the beginning, bad light output and flickering.
App is figitdy. Light output is horrible. Wires everywhere. Stay with HID. Led is always worse.
