  The glassware was wrapped in only one layer of bubble wrap and not secured. Then it was placed inside packing peanuts but that did not secure the item. I believe the shipper thought she was packaging it correctly but it needed to be better secured.

  Sorry you thought it wasn't placed in more wrapping. After the bubble wrap I put the item with packing peanuts under and around the glass. Box was full of the peanuts where when it left here it didn't move when shaken.
