i like this machine, i was going to get a new carpet for bedroom as it looked sad, i then used the machine and the carpet came up looking good, therefore i will now delay buying a new carpet.
if there is one thing that i can fault is i find it heavy to take out of cupboard or lift it when i have to .
but as for cleaning i find it very good, I would have give this machine a five star except for the weight of machine
