  I purchased “JAG: The Seventh Season 5 Disk set (DVD, 2001)” on January 27, 2024. The seller had it at the Post Office ready for processing on Monday, January 29, and it was delivered on February 1. It arrived securely packaged and the condition of the item was as described.   The item was very late in arriving, however, she went out of her way to contact the USPS on my behalf to resolve the issue, and I received daily updates from her regarding its whereabouts. It was a pleasure doing business with her and I look forward to doing business with her again in the future. Five Stars.

  Item was sent quickly, however the case cracked during shipment. When I ship CDs I first wrap them in paper and then put cardboard on either side. Then I drop it in a padded envelope. I would suggest this seller start doing this.
