  I’m very sorry for the mix-up with your order. I accidentally sent the wrong size blouse, I understand how disappointing & frustrating that must be. I value all eBay customers and over 20 years of selling have managed to maintian 100 % positive feedback. I offered you a partial refund to keep the item to which you did not respond. I'm not sure what "hassel" you would have experienced by accepting a $65 refund for the item you ended up keeping anyway. Again, my sincerest apologies.
