Recapture those moments of pure joy and wonder from childhood...
I ordered this reproduction of a toy I remembered from my childhood (I was born in 1950). In that era, based largely on advances in the development of plastics technology, manufacturers of children's cereal now could include detailed items within the box of cereal itself as a premium. These "US Navy frogmen" or divers were offered as a prize and were cleverly designed to move up and down in water, via the magic of bubbles created by baking powder placed in a small chamber at the bottom of each figure. Even without opening this package, it is so amazing to have this premium from almost 70 years ago to share with my grandchildren. The looks on their faces when they see these divers in action will be well worth having to pay a 21st century price for something which previously cost the boxtop from a cereal plus a quarter!
