Looks good, doesn't perform.
This product seemed to be a good value. Shipping was quick and it was exactly what I needed. I installed it on my tractor and it worked.... one time. After I parked the tractor I tried to start it again and... nothing. I checked the switch at that point and found that the only way it completes the connection to allow spark to the solenoid is when the ball bearing is depressed COMPLETELY into the housing. That means that NONE of the ball bearing is showing proud of the housing. Obviously the shift lever, when in neutral doesn't depress the ball below the surface of the housing. Flush, maybe. I bypassed the switch and the tractor started right away, so I know the circuit, with the switch eliminated, works fine. It's likely that this one switch if faulty and others would work fine. Other reviews can help to sort that out.

Works as Advertised
Great product which did exactly what I needed. The bike is now timed. Couldn't do it without this part.
