Sharp, Strong, and Comfortable
This knife is ideal for my needs. The pocket clip is strong, and won't break off easily.(A problem I have had with a number of knives over the years) It is easy to open and to close, and is very sharp right out of the box. It is strong but not overly heavy, and fits perfectly in the hand.
I highly recommend this blade to anyone who has need of a good, reliable, everyday knife.

Healthy and pretty good tasting (Depends on the flavor)
This and the Apple and Cinnamon are good enough to stand alone. (You do, at first, get a little vinegar aftertaste, but you get used to it.) The other flavors need to go into some sort of juice to get it down (Preferably something like Cranberry) Also, MUST DRINK COLD!
I've been drinking this daily, and have dropped almost 10lbs in just under a month, have more energy, and my fatty liver does not bother me. (It is supposed to help clear out the liver, among other things.)
I'm not a doctor or a nutritionist, but this stuff lives up to the hype.
