Depends on which variation you are asking for. Have ordered variant collection one without hologram but have received the item with hologram. As such, was sent one that I do not need. Still looking.

change in quality
Have been a collector for many years and have observed changes in the formats of the packaging as well. Although the figures, themselves are of same quality the changes in packaging have declined. the thousands of figures and packages remain top quality from the first day of purchasing but starting with the LAST JEDI, the cards are flimsy and easily damaged.
