Started bad ended good

Product was missing parts, Bluetooth did not work and the volume control was visibly warn and showed hard use. It should have not been re sold in that condition at almost new price. Best buy did replace it with a brand new one and matched the price so I have no complaints with they're result to please me in the end. All is good now.
