Very good compound
Very good compound. I strongly suggest taking one tablet (10 mg) before bed. MK-677 will make you very hungry if you take more than one tablet. It has a long half life so it won't hurt taking it at bed time. PLUS- when you take or start ANYTHING, you want to take baby steps. ( just my opinion but patience is the key).
