Excellent tracker that works with Apple iOS
Brilliant display, very easy to use, battery last around 2days denpending on which update functions you have enable. Far better than my Fitbit Blaze that this replaced. It works with Spotify where as Fitbit products do not.

Fun look at the those that watch birds
Bill is a consummate keen observer of all things including birds. Very enjoyable read on his observation not only if birds but if people who go birding.
