  As already said, the seller is not the issue. It s the courier firm Yodel who let us all down with the way they handled the package resulting in the damage caused to the package. For the prompt response and action of the seller in refunding the full amount paid, I give this 5 stars.

  Thanks for your feedback even though the product was damaged by Yodel. That let us both down. Sorry that it ended like that , but that's Yodel for you. I now have to claim , but there are so many obstacles in the way , so it won't be easy. Thanks again and good luck.
