  I had a problem with the item I purchased, through no fault of the seller. The seller worked tirelessly to resolve the issue beyond my expectations. At all times, the seller demonstrated total honesty. In addition, when I ordered this and another item, he combined shipping and then gave me a rebate. When the seller actually shipped the item, he fond that shipping was even cheaper and so gave me an additional refund-that is how scrupulous this seller is. The packing was also excellent.

  Packaging was fantastic. Did a wonderful job as described wonderful condition like new value fantastic the seller was fantastic on messaging me. We had a lot of issues with USPS.   The tapes arrived quickly and were very safely packed in a box. The Berlioz tape was in great shape and sounded wonderful! The Schumann recording sounded amazing for a slow speed tape. I am completely happy with my purchase and recommend this seller to other buyers. I give this transaction ALL 5 STARS!
