  Item as described, well packed and arrived without damage. Receiver works as described. In like new condition. Works with the RT Systems programming tools for the IC-R10. The only disappointing point is this receiver was described as an "Unblocked Communications Receiver" but it is not. This unit was made for the U.S. market and is blocked on 824-849 MHz and 869-894 MHz, in compliance with the stupid, outdated law intended to protect "privacy" of mobile phone users. Only minor nit.
