A good alternative if you can't find the original Wusthof knife
The blade on this knife doesn't have the support of the original Wusthoff paring knife, but it is a good alternative if you can't find the original. I have one of each in my kitchen because one is always in the dishwasher. The handle is dishwasher safe which is nice.

One of my kitchen essentials
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich My father gave each of his kids one of these about 20 years ago. Mine is still going strong. I plan to give each of my kids one this Christmas. This one was part of the collecting of them on ebay.
I love fresh squeezed orange juice in the winter and this little baby makes the job sooo easy.
