No miracle just moisture!
Living in Colorado is low humidity and very drying for skin. I prefer to use this around my lips to do all I can to minimize those tiny vertical lines which creep up on me. I have never had dry lips, but this is moisturizing on lips at bedtime. Every beauty product line has some form of SERUM for face and entire body. Since I do not carry serum around in a bottle all day, this serum stick is perfect to carry around and put everywhere in the house to apply frequently as needed around my lip area.
Since I am in my 70's, I have no intention of "plumping" my lips so I do not speak for that feature.
I will continue to order online as long as an Ebay seller provides more economical price than those shopping networks.
