Big backpack, well organized
I have been eyeing this backpack online for a few months and decided to look on eBay for a more pocket – friendly price. Found it, purchased it and received it shortly and I love it! It has a little bit of weight to it, even when it’s not loaded. However, the ability to fit so much in here, and have it well organized, makes me a huge fan.
So far, I have only used this once. I used the zippered expansion and put a full-sized pillow in it with my clothing and shoes. With the bag fully loaded, it is pretty large and a bit awkward, at least for me, a 5 foot for woman, to carry with the handles. However, once I utilized the backpack straps, the bag was super easy to carry and the weight distribution seemed better than any backpack I have used before, including much smaller sizes.
I remember reading about this backpack and someone saying it could fit underneath an airplane seat. Maybe with the expansion unused and a lot of pushing and shoving, it could fit. However I don’t know that I would go on a trip with under-seat stowage being my only option.
The bag is very well constructed so I have no worries about it coming apart quickly. I think this will be a good backpack for weekend trips or overseas backpacking for years to come!
