  Ordered this item well over a month ago. Item was never received. I reached out to the seller and they said they would send it. Still nothing, no explanation as to why they never sent it. No communication for a refund. Tried to reach out to eBay as well and it was no help. I guess I’m just out the money now. Terrible experience.

  Seller shipped in just a paper envelope, no padding, but not until I emailed twice with no reply back. Used another movie case and didnt even put the correct movie cover in it, shoved it inside with dvd and it got tore. Scratches on disc. It played. Definitely not Like New as in description on listing.

  Item arrived trashed (completely) account inferior packaging. Contacted seller said he’d refund. No refund. His tone was not positive for a refund forthcoming. So my loss.
