door latch repair

saved me a ton of money from letting a ford dealer repairing it. it was fairly easy to repair, but i did watch a you tube video, the hard part was removing the factory door panels, the rest was easy, the pieces went on easy and back in place. the trick was making sure you had the one of the pieces for the top latch. but some kits come all latches the same. any way they will work. why ford didn't do from the factory,we all know this is how get later $$$$
